Order Processing
Most orders are prepared and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During especially busy times, processing may take a little longer — we’ll always do our best to keep you informed.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Once your order ships, delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout. Typical delivery windows are:

Where We Ship
We currently ship to U.S. addresses only. At this time we do not ship internationally.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey from our door to yours.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has shipped, delivery timelines are managed by the carrier. While delays can occasionally happen, we’re always happy to help you track down your package.
If your tracking information hasn’t updated for several days or your package appears delayed, please allow a little extra time for delivery. Many delayed packages arrive on their own within a few days.

Game Day Tots is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier, but we’ll do our best to support you in resolving the issue.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available for customers in the Blountville, TN area. If you choose local pickup at checkout, we’ll send an email when your order is ready with pickup location and timing details.
Please wait for this confirmation before arriving to ensure your order is prepared. Orders that are not picked up within 7 days may be canceled and refunded. If you have any questions about local pickup before ordering, we’re happy to help.
